James Ruder has been married to his wife Carine for more than 23 years and is the proud father of three children - Dylan, Devan, and Emma. He resides in Castle Pines, Colorado and attends Jubilee Fellowship Church where he was introduced to the Lost Children of Peru. His family first travelled to Peru in the spring of 2013 with a group from Jubilee Fellowship and after experiencing his own “defining moment,” James has returned to Peru two to three times every year since.
James is the owner of L&R Pallet Service, a wooden pallet recycling and manufacturing company that his father launched in 1974. In addition to running the day-to-day operations of the business, he spends much of his time developing his “internal” ministry within the marketplace by employing refugees from Burma (over 80, currently). Before joining the family business, James was pursuing a career in the medical field and holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from Colorado State University.
Pat McDuff has been married to his wife Yvette for more than 24 years and he is the proud father of two daughters, Meghan, and Mikayla. He resides in Lone Tree, Colorado and attends Jubilee Fellowship Church where he was introduced to the Lost Children of Peru. Pat and his family visited Peru on a mission trip in December of 2015 and Pat has remained involved with the organization since that trip.
Pat currently serves as President of Hull Partners LLC, a consulting company that was launched in March 2016. Pat was formerly Executive Vice President of Innospec Inc (2015) and President of Innospec Fuel Specialities LLC where he spent 21+ years. He has over 25 years experience in the chemicals industry and has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
James Abeler has been married to his wife Angela for more than 9 years and he is the proud father of three children - Wesley, Brooklyn, and Grayson. James and his family reside in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and attend Jubilee Fellowship Church where they were first introduced to the Lost Children of Peru in 2011. James and Angela made their first visit to Peru in 2013, and have remained involved with the organization since that trip.
James is the Founder and Director of Firecore, LLC, a Denver based technology firm specializing in designing entertainment related products for the hospitality and airline industries, and for the average consumer. His background is in busines and marketing and he holds a degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
Nathan Rose has been married to his wife Susie for more than 20 years and he is the proud father of seven children - Alex, Brooklyn, Hudson, Morgan, Anna, Adriana, and Addison. For many years, Nathan and Susie have felt called to love and serve orphans and three of their children are adopted. Nathan and his family reside in Castle Rock, Colorado and they attend Jubilee Fellowship Church where he was introduced to the Lost Children of Peru. Nathan and his daughter Morgan visited Peru on a mission trip in March of 2015 and Nathan has remained involved with the organization since that trip.
Nathan is a Founding Partner and a Director of Kineticorp, LLC, a forensic consulting company in Greenwood Village, Colorado that was founded in 2005. His background is in engineering and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in a forensic setting for more than 18 years and he spends his days analyzing car crashes and testifying about his findings.
